Meet the Founders
Stacy D. Lewis is a native, third generation Angelino and the youngest of nine siblings. A product of LAUSD and Loyola Marymount University where he studied business administration with an emphasis in marketing.
Stacy started his career at Proctor & Gamble before joining Pacific Bell where he was a corporate executive with Pacific Bell, Pacific Telesis, SBC, Cingular Wireless and AT&T, riding the technological wave of miniaturization, multiplexing of data and digital signal compression which are the under pinning of the internet-based economy we’re experiencing today. He’s also owned start-up companies and franchise small businesses in Los Angeles. Now retired, he consults with small businesses and advocates for Leimert Park. Stacy is the father of one son who currently lives and works in New York. He and his wife Stacy live in Leimert Park.
Stacy Lewis happens to share the same name with her husband! Born in Houston, Texas she grew up in Leimert Park. She too is a product of LAUSD attending Dublin Avenue Elementary, Audubon Junior High, Los Angeles High School.
Stacy’s first job was working at the LA County Board of Supervisors. After graduating from California State University Long Beach, she joined KTWV The WAVE radio shortly after its launch. She later moved into the world of wealth management, compliance and Human Resources at Goldman Sachs. In 2004 she fulfilled her dream of working in the entertainment industry and has spent the last 16 years working at companies including Warner Bros., Fox Networks Group, Paramount Pictures and The Walt Disney Company. Stacy has a passion for inclusion and mentorship and works to help the industry mirror the markets it serves.
